Now booking: mindful photography and lumen print workshop at self, westhoughton

New date: Sunday 20 November 1pm-3pm.

In this relaxed workshop we’ll be using mindful photography as a tool for gentle exercise, slowing down and taking notice. Learn how the camera phone in your pocket can help you find new perspectives on familiar places, catching sight of the beauty around us. And find out how you can create a photograph without a camera by learning the process of lumen prints.

What the workshop includes:

  • A guided mindful photography walk/wheel in Central Park.

  • Professional tutoring to create your own lumen prints using fallen nature materials collected in the park.

  • Cup of coffee/tea at Self.

  • A take-away guide to further mindful photography activities and tips to try at home.

All materials are provided, just bring yourself.

Please note that whilst coffee/tea is included, the price of the workshop doesn't include lunch or any food/snacks but you’re welcome to buy something whilst we make and create.
